When will my order be shipped?

The first LOULOU collection is available for pre-order until 10 September.

All first collection orders will begin shipping from 10 September. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

How long will delivery take?

We use tracked UK delivery, with an estimated delivery time of 2–3 working days from dispatch.

Where do you ship?

For our first collection, we currently ship within the UK.

We're hoping to introduce international shipping in the future, so watch this space.

How much is delivery?

Standard UK tracked delivery is £[INSERT].

Is LOULOU jewellery handmade?

Yes. Every LOULOU piece is handmade in London.

As each piece is made by hand, slight variations between pieces are part of what makes each one unique.

How should I look after my jewellery?

To keep your LOULOU pieces looking their best, we recommend avoiding contact with water, perfume, lotions and other chemicals.

Store your jewellery somewhere dry and away from direct sunlight when you're not wearing it.

Can I return my order?

Of course. If you've changed your mind, you can let us know within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once you've contacted us, you'll have a further 14 days to send your piece back.

Can I exchange my jewellery?

Yes, subject to availability. Just email louloujewelsldn@gmail.com and we'll be happy to help.

What if my order arrives damaged or I receive the wrong piece?
